But in separate display technology, the backlight stays on even after the pixels are turned off, so pure black color is not available.
This also means that it is possible to display a wide range of colors on the AMOLED display. And for this power, any color can be made more vibrant and saturated. AMOLED and Super AMOLED have a lot in common in terms of names as well as work. The two technologies would never have had different names if there was no difference in one subject.
These two technologies are used in the devices, their display lights and touch sensors work together. But the touch detection layer on the S-AMOLED display, called the digitizer or capacitive touch screen layer, is attached directly to the screen — where this layer is installed completely separately on the AMOLED display. And it also has many advantages, as the display and touch layer are together, so it is possible to make the devices made with S-AMOLED display more slim. Higher contrast levels are available and since there is no gap between the display and the touch layer, it is possible to create more vibrant displays. Since it uses the latest display technology, it is less hot and consumes less battery. And when the black color is displayed, the pixels are completely turned off, which makes a lot of battery saving possible. Touch is more sensitive to Super-AMOLED displays for being attached to a direct touch layer display. More type of Super-AMOLED display
Some manufacturers have added some more features to the Super-AMOLED display, changing its name to Marketing Terms. Such as- Super-AMOLED Plus Screen, HD Super AMOLED, Full HD Super-AMOLED, etc. Here HD Super AMOLED is meant, with AMOLED display and (1280×720) HD resolution. The full HD AMOLED display has resolution (1920×1080). But the manufacturer has further enhanced the display color quality used in their devices and made more energy savers.
AMOLED displays have another term, called PenTile: The Pentile or Pentile Matrix is a subpixel arrangement system. Ordinary display panels have pixels arranged in RGB (RGB-Red-Green-Blue) style. But the RGBG (Red-Green-Blue-Green) pattern is used in the paint, it is possible to generate much more high resolution in fewer pixels, but the problem is, it is not possible to show the image as sharply as you hope, because it is less.
